We were here from 12/27-12/28. It was pretty crowded and hard to get reservations. Overall, the staff was not very helpful (although to be fair it was busy). This is a lovely space but sone things are run down and service is not on par withba luxury resort. Hot tub area was very run down. Pool area a bit tired. They advertised 7:30am yoga but no one at the hotel seemed to know about it and i did a sweep of all potential areas but the instructor never showed up (and it was not listed as canceled). This was disappointing and unprofessional. The surrounding area is lovely. We did like the rooftop bar area with good views. The nightly light show was coolm. Ice was pretty overpriced. For the money spent, i would likely stay elsewhere next time. I do hear its nicer in warmer months.
