I booked a king size room a week in advance and when I checked in, the lady said that they did not have any more rooms and that she had to put me in a double room. She told me it was the same price but when I saw the price in Expedia it was cheaper so I feel it should have gone down the price for the double since I had no choice. I feel it’s unfair that if I paid for a king size bedroom then I should be entitled to get that room or at least let me know the situation before arrival.

Hotel representative was kind and friendly. Someone ahead of me wasn’t wearing shoes and took about 10 min to ask an unintelligible question. Seemed sketchy and I locked door as soon as I got in room. Making me have to go back out to put a yellow card on dashboard for parking is less than desirable as well. Admittedly I’m checking in at 930ish but still - I’m not thrilled with area. Room seems clean enough but I wouldn’t come back to this location. Didn’t have any other choices though as everything was full where i needed a room.

Street Noise was unbearable. We could hear the cars pumping gas at a nearby gas station, cars with loud music at a nearby stoplight, motorcycles revving down the road, the ice machine across the hall from our room, and the air return next to our room

Try living to the other Fairfield Inn. There is not eating place around, you can not walk around, you need to take transportation, especially you are here for a meeting or embassy business try living in that area. The WiFi was not working during my stay.

I booked two rooms . It wasn’t too clean . The shower handle was broke. . My daughter was trying to take a shower handle was broken and fell on her foot. It was Monday night. We couldn’t take a shower. I reported the problem in the morning . The person who works at the service desk was telling me that my daughter might broke the handle . It was already broken. The main reason why I booked this hotel was because it was marriott. I was so disappointed. The money that I paid it wasn’t worth it .
