Property, staff, rooms, were all great. The buffet is the best I have ever experienced at a hotel. The parking is NOT included and that is $65 per night for valet only parking. Otherwise you have to go down the street to find a garage and STILL pay. That part should be negotiated for a better experience.

I usually get pretty grossed out by hotels, but this is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! And I had my baby and toddler with me. Amazing service, super clean, beds so comfy, food delicious. Overall awesome experience. Rooms are smaller than they look in pictures but that wasn’t a big deal

Beautiful hotel. Suite on the 9th fl was clean, spacious with great views through windows all around. A lot of city noise but it comes with the neighborhood. Walkable to everything.

Ice machine did not work on the sixth floor, it took literally 30 minutes to get hot water for a shower, one remote did not work needed batteries, but the maintenance guy told me I was wrong, and each time I called it into a situation to the front desk the response was not helpful.

This was my first time staying at the hotel and i absolutely loved it. The staff was top tier! The music in the lobby and elevator was so refreshing! The breakfast and free alcohol happy hours drinks was a nice touch. I will stay here every year!
