The shopping mall this hotel is in is closed and under renovations. the rooms are outdated and floors dirty and old. Staff were so friendly and nice but hotel was too dated and not that clean for us.

Beautiful facility! Loved the set up, in the same building as the cheesecake factory and right next to dopamine land and marshall’s! didn’t like the breakfast being the same everyday. not alot of options and the alcohol choices were very slim as well. had fun overall, would recommend to a friend!

Everything was perfect, except the mold on the shower ceiling and the queen beds were full size. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was delicious and fast. We would stay again.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and we absolutely love it. It’s convenient, clean and has a delicious breakfast buffet. The happy hour is always good too. Love that the metro stop is at the basement of the hotel.

I don't often submit reviews, but I had to submit one for this hotel. Here are the highlights. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful--everyone goes out of their way to assist every guest, the rooms are clean and spacious, the hotel has a metro station (Friendship Heights) right under the hotel building, making it easy to access other parts of the D.C., the complimentary breakfast buffet is fantastic and there's a complimentary happy hour every evening with food, drinks and fancy virgin Shirley Temples for kids! We can't wait to stay here again!

Terrible service. We waited for hours to check-in due to no one being at the desk. To get this level of service and still be charged is terrible service. I will not use this hotel ever again.

There was a lot of construction going on during the day time. Very loud and was not notified when checking in to Hotel. It was also very warm in the dining area. However the room was clean, the staff was okay and there were a lot of things to do near bye.
