The rooms were nice and clean. If your in town for a weekend and you need somewhere to stay I would refer someone. The only things I didn't like was there weren't any microwaves at all or breakfast and the rooms were small, but clean.

The convenience of having an entrance to the Metro literally UNDER the corner of the hotel was a huge bonus for me. A recurrence of a chronic medical condition made walking very painful, and I was able to take the Metro to work (2 stops) and anywhere else in DC with ease. Having two nice restaurants across the street (with hotel discount) was also an advantage.

The rooms are extremely small. The construction is a little substandard. However the bed was comfortable. It's just very small like however big you think it is, cut that in half. There's also no refrigerator in the room I was in nor was there really a place to put one. But you can't beat the location.
