I plan to stay at this property due to a business trip that would’ve been overnight, but due to inclement weather the trip became a solo day trip instead of overnight, which meant I would no longer need overnight accommodations with this hotel. Instead of finding a way to work with me, I was simply told that unless I was able to give a date for modification, there was nothing they could do. I understand cancellation policies, but when circumstances are out of your control there should be some exception. This review is not to deter you from staying there, but rather to warn you if there are any changes to your travel plans, this property will not accommodate you even if it’s a credit for a future date.

The property was nice and good staff the only thing that was bad. Was just that the sheets were a little dirty but not too bad. Felt really safe at the hotel and staff was really friendly

This is a very new and funky hotel. The rooms and linens are HEAVILY scented. There is no coffee maker or machine in the room, so you have no option other than purchase their barista coffee or go out (Dunkin' Donuts around the corner). The room is controlled by an ipad that is finnicky at best. The air conditioning controls didn't work very well and the TV controls were delayed. The chromecast simply did not work. The small gym is nice (but small). This is certainly a step up from the Hilton Garden Inn across the street, but it's not for everyone.

Perfect if you just need a good place to rest

Great location and no frills set up. The hotel room is half the size of a traditional hotel room but has everything you need. If, like me, you’re going to spend most of your time outside of your hotel room during your trip, what more do you need?
