Decent but weird hotel.
It's a decent hotel but the vibe was way too much for me. This hotel I'm sure has an audience, I'm a bit too basic for it. Having to use an iPad to work the room is a bit out of the norm for me. seeing a video of a guy in only underwear and red shoes dancing in the elevator is wholely unnecessary. The location is solid and the gym is excellent

Citizen M was beautiful and had a very modern twist to it! check in and check out we’re relatively easy, the lounge area is beautiful and the gym was very spacious! Our room was very cool, it made up for the size of it. the bed was comfortable and the black out curtains were a plus! me and my boyfriend agree that we will definitely come back for another stay :)

Check in was self check in and most people were having problems from what I saw. Staff had to assist most everyone. Do away with self check in if you have to do assist everyone anyways.

The rooms are so small and awkward. Shower and bathroom are in the room with just glass separating it. Sink is in the room. They are full of technology, lights shades TVs all on an iPad. But the technology is slow, I pad took minutes to load, the free wifi took forever to connect. Little things like the toilet was aweful, the kind with no water in it so it smells bad, fridge was broken, water in sink had no pressure. It was fine for like a single guy staying overnight, but def not good for a vacation hotel.

This property was perfect for my 11 year old son and myself. He LOVED that everything could be controlled by an iPad! Very clean and everyone was friendly. Although we did order food one night and it was not very good. Other than that it was great and we’d stay again!
