I had a great stay at Arlo. It was a great experience. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly. I love the rooftop. Modern amenities and plenty of space in the common areas to hang out and chill. I would definitely return for another stay!

Excellent location. Excellent staff. Impeccably kept. Close to all major tourist sites and restaurants yet away enough so traffic noise is non existent. You are no more than 10 minutes from the best restaurants and clubs.

This was a very nice hotel. You could tell it was new. All of the staff was very friendly. The reason I rated it 4/5 stars is the bed was pretty firm, and it only had a comforter, no top sheet. The walls are also pretty thin. We heard our neighbors come in their room around midnight and could hear what they were saying clearly.

The hotel is great, clean and comfortable with great view. I was charged 26.5 a few days after checkout on my credit card. When I called them they told me I used an umbrella. I told them I did not. They said they will take out the charge and the umbrellas is complimentary for me. I told them I never used and umbrella. The repeated the umbrella will be complimentary for me now. Makes me feel like I stole something while I did not. I brought my own umbrella to the hotel. I don't know what happened but the person who talked me obviously still thinks I stole their umbrella and shameless asked for a refund. I don't like that so would like to share my experience with other people.

Lovely hotel within about 30 minutes or less to most historical attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, although I did notice our bathroom wasn’t cleaned well on our second day. The restaurant downstairs is convenient, but the menu looked a little off, so we only had breakfast there which was pricey, but expected. Staff was very friendly and honestly make this hotel what it is. I am coming back in a month for another stay.

I love the hotel! The location is perfect if your destination is downtown. You can walk around, and they also offer a parking option just a block away that's very secure and convenient. I highly recommend it!

Amazing hotel
Everything was smooth and nice. The bed was very comfortable, not too soft, just enough. Friendly front desk, helpful when we had issues. Location was pretty central to all places, including food. Only wish they would have a business center, wanted to use laptop for something, but that’s fine too.
