The Hotel location is perfectly nestled in the heart of the National Harbor—Maryland ! However the hotel does not any twenty-four coffee/tea or snacks bar for guests! The breakfast menu is less desirable! Front desk members should be more courteous and welcoming!

Very bad service and poor customer service and condition of the rooms very dirty very noisy very rude staff and gross washrooms windows and service . Phone was broken didn’t work Spiders and webs on the ceilings and windows and between curtains . Had a very bad experience and no one did anything to help fix or replace repair .

Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable and I had a nice view of the streets out front which was nice. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to visit.
