The staff were very nice and the location was good. However, the elevator was out of order and we were on the second floor. Also, the back doors did not work with the key card and they were often found propped open. The room was stuffy and the bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was OK. The shower was fine and the towels were clean, but stained.

What a dump!!!

Property in poor condition. None of the entry doors to the building had working keypads, and the elevator was broken. I had to use the front entry and walk up the stairs on the opposite side of the building where my room was. Bathroom wall was filthy and my room keys deactivated twice in 24 hrs

Never Again

First of all the elevator was out and i have bad knees so walking up and down the steps didn't make matters any better. Next the outside doors doesn't work and you couldn't use you key card to get back into the Motel, you had to walk all the way around to the front. Next they only had 1 small trash can in the room and we were for for 4nights, finally the bed was on a meal frame that felt like you was laying on iron and with every move you made the bed hurt you body, so room 221 was not cool and very uncomfortable foe My Husband and I. I will never stay there again in the future.

They made me wait when I showed up 20 minutes early which is fine except that nobody else was there to check in they could have switched my room with someone else who hadn't checked in yet So then 10 minutes after checkin my room still wasn't ready They switched me to another room which they could've done previously and saved everyone the inconvenience They did give me the option of charging me for 20 minutes wait for an early check in which I thought was ridiculous The business computer didn't work and nobody could seem to figure it out My bed every time I moved you could hear the plywood underneath moving around I have stayed in many hotels and I normally never complain but I thought that was really rude that they couldn't just get in the computer and switch me to another room that was ready and not charge me for a 20 minute early Check-in I can see 2 or 3 hour early Check-in but this was 20 minutes and then I ended up having to wait because my room wasn't ready and then they switched me to another room anyway so it just seemed like somebody didn't want to take 60 seconds of effort to help me out

First visit to area this year. As always, it was nice seeing Sha’ron and staff. When I arrived my room was ready. My special request regarding type of room is always honor. Great stay as always

So..so...

I stay in motels 20 times a yr. This is the first that wouldn't even let me in 15 minutes early .The room was "gently " cleaned .found bits of papet on the floor sn the cover for a razor left on the sink.
