The staff was excellent. However, my room was not in the best condition. The microwave and refrigerator did not operate because the electrical outlet they were connected to was not working. In the bathroom the electrical outlet alsowas not working and the light switch was loose causing the light to turn off unexpectedly. The coffee maker was small and light enough to move to an area with electricity. The drapery was in need of hooks to close properly. It was not the best two nights spent away from home.

We have been staying at this facility off and on for several years. Feel some maintenance issues not being addressed in timely manner. Examples: took 3 years for elevator to be repaired, 24 hour coffee service has been out of order for at least 3 weeks (time between our 2 most recent stays)

I have stayed at this facility many times — the staff are so welcoming but the facility has nothing — no pool for years- no workout facilities- no coffee in the little kitchen area , sinks that do not drain — the only reason I keep coming back is — it is the only facility in Warsaw and the folks who work there are so nice. I wish that the management would pay attention to this once nice property.

I went to check in and they did not have a key card that would work for the door. They had to use their master key to let me in which left me with no way to leave my room.

The room wasn’t secure. The locks weren’t on the door so it was impossible to secure from the inside. No shower curtain. Dirty towels. No employees were on site from 2300-0700. No breakfast. No coffee. The in room coffee maker wasn’t operational. The exterior doors were locked with no card key access, so if you went outside you had to stay there until someone opened the door.

We have stayed here before, but this time the housekeeping in our room had something to be desired. Sticky surface on the bedside table and desk. Coffee machine in the room missing parts, no soap for sink or shower, bathroom door handle left off laying on the sink. In fairness I was offered another room because of the door handle, but I had made it work. Coffee was not available at the continental breakfast because the machine was broken.

Came 15 minutes early. 95 degrees out. Was told to wait with service dog or pay extra to get in room early. Coffee machine at breakkfast broken. Took dog out early for walk. Was locked out. No one answered bell. Tapped on window and wife had to come out and let me in I’ll sleep in the car before I’d stay here again

Had to change rooms. 2nd room's floor was soaking wet from A/C. Inside of microwave looked like it was sitting in bottom of river. Shower was disgusting. Place stunk.

No frills but clean and exceptional service.
