The room was spacious and had nice amenities. It felt cozy and the receptionists were friendly and very helpful. I really enjoyed the wide variety they had for breakfast as well. The place is conveniently located near the train station so that was great as well. I would stay there again if I went back to Warsaw.

Came for a quick overnight and the staff were all friendly and attentive. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Overall this hotel made for a fabulous stay. I will return and recommend it to others.

Excellent Experience
The hotel location couldn't be better, just right in the middle of the center of Waesaw. We had 3 rooms with a king size bed each. The room was soaciois and clean. There were 2 big windows and a big bath. My friend's room had a balcony too. We used to have the morning coffee at hers. The only thing that i woukd not consider a con though is not having a conditioner. You have only one bottle of shampoo and serves as a body showe gel as well. I did manage though. The staff is so kind, helpful and smiling all along our stay.

Fantastic hotel with a bit of history. The furnitures look firm and classic, but are actually new. We can see the hotel pays attention to every detail, for example the cutlery are from WMF. Location is good for us who take luggages. It's right beside the central station.

We had a fantastic time. The staff were friendly and helpful. The manager took the time to tell us something of the history of the hotel which was fascinating. Our room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. If we ever return to Warsaw we will definitely be staying at the Polonia Palace Hotel and we will certainly recommend it to our family and friends.

Great place to stay!
The Polonia Palace Hotel has been a wonderful place to stay. It’s beautiful, clean, and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size. It was a little hard to control the temperature in the room so we got a little warm at night but that was the only downside. We would stay here again.

Noisy during events
Everything was fine with the major exception that on both weekend nights there was EXTREMELY loud music coming from the event space. When I went down to complain at 1 am, all I got was an "oh well the hotel also has events you know, and they will go until 3 am". Their noise situation is 100% not what is expected from this level hotel, very bad.

Not worth the price
Not what we were hoping for. they were unable to accomodate a request for two double beds so one person had to stay on the most uncomfortable cot imaginable. breakfast was good. we were advised by the staff to get a cab rather than an uber when leaving. they ordered us a cab they said was trustworthy, saying it should only be 60 (twice the uber price of 30). The cab then charged 130 saying it is sunday double fare. The hotel should have let us know this was the case with cabs
