Do not stay here!

Absolutely terrible. Room was dirty, towels had holes in. We complained to reception and were told they couldnt help us. The pillows were wafer thin and when we asked for more we were told it wasnt possible. The staff were rude and all in all it was absolutely terrible. If youre looking for somewhere to stay in warsaw i wouldnt recommend this place.

Super clean, spacious rooms and great location. Only thing that wasn't great was the fact that I had no wifi in my room. It stopped at my door. But other than that it was an overall great experience.

Not this one, keep looking

Room is falling apart. Shower and beds are tiny and everything is very outdated. One of the worse places I stayed in . Only positive is the location.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel appeared newly renovated. It is in a great location. It is a little too hard to find, but worth the hunt. The only con I wish there was a few now electric outlets.

Central location

The location is extremely central, close to restaurants, bars and attraction. The downside of the central location it is represented by the proximity to a club and the consequence noice made by the crowed outside of the club.

Central Hotel

This is a great location to explore Warsaw. Its a short walk on to the main streets and attractions. However at the weekend the area is busy and noisy.

Good location in downtown Warsaw. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. Room OK. A bit noisy with drunken people shouting outside all night, but that is not the hotel's fault. Just an observation.

The elevator is broken and there is no sign of it being fixed. I have a disability and it was hard for me to go up and down the stairs every day. I would not have booked this hotel if the elevator was not available. The staff was not apologetic about this, which was disappointing.
