Nice place, but grumpy staff with poor service

Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on! This sounds negative, but all in all it was a very nice place!

Good stay

Family style hotel-park, with lots of things to do for kids. Works for business trips too, as room had kitchenette that made it easy to cook, and big room with table, wifi suprisingly good, and a nice balcony.

There were not enough parking lots. A great number of cars had to park outside the marked areas for parking. Furthermore, as the check-out time is 10:00, the check-in time should be earlier than 17:00. A very long line of people is trying to check in at 17:00, meaning that check-in takes more than half an hour

VÄrt fina besök i Ferienpark WeissenhÀuser Strand.

Ferienpark WeissenhÀuser Strand var mycket större och finare Àn vad vi hade trott. Allra svÄraste var att hitta rÀtt till den plats vi hade blivit skickade till. Eftersom vi inte Àr sÄ bra pÄ att tala tyska förstod vi inte riktigt vart vi skulle köra. Sen var det mycket svÄrt att hitta en plats att stÀlla bilen. NÀr vi Àntligen kom till vÄrt rum blev vi nöjda med allt dÀr inne, kanske kunde TVn bli utbytt, den hade mycket dÄlig bild. I övrigt var vi glatt överraskade över hur rent och fint det var överallt, bÄde inomhus och ute. Allt rent och snyggt. Vi kan tÀnka oss att göra ett nytt besök nÀsta Är. Tack sÄ mycket. <3

Es war so lala.

Ein Kopfkissen fehlte, zwei Gabeln fehlten. Der Balkon war war mit Schwalbenkot voll, obwohl keine Schwalben mehr brĂŒtet. Der Kot lag dort wohl schon lĂ€nger. Eine Fernbedienung war unter dem Bett versteckt. Dort war es dreckig. Das Ausziehsofa war vollgekrĂŒmmelt.
