Fantastic value for luxury apartments

This motel was the best value and best equipped place we stayed in during our tour of the South Island of Nz . The owner was welcoming and accommodating and friendly. It even had a small swimming pool!

The room has reasonable size on bedroom, but tight space on kitchen counter shared with main entrance. Facility is clean and tidy. Back side of the room is close to a public road without fence. A bit concern about safety and noise.

Mark was fantastic, check in & out was easy. Easy parking. Our room didn’t feel the cleanest, had everything you need, very spacious. Kitchen wasn’t clean, pots & pans weren’t great as food stuck and set off fire alarm.

Adequate for a 1 night stay with a nice outdoor pool. It was a shame that the only 2 opening windows were accessible for entry to anyone outside the property with no grills or security. They therefore had to remain shut at night. The rear patio doors gave direct access to the main road and needed to be locked at all times.There was no air conditioning and only an electric fan. The carpet, decor and fittings although clean were very old and needed refurbishment. No breakfast offered with supermarkets and restaurants a 10 min walk away.

Great!

A great place to meet up with family. Always good to have a motel room that provides the right about of chaos, crockery and cutlery for the number of people that the unit accommodates. Great welcome and farewell. The pool was an added bonus on such a hot day!
