The rooms had mold in the ceilings the sheets and covers was being wash by hand . No soap doors don’t lock

The floors were absolutely filthy , walk across the floor in bare feet or white socks your feet would be black. Disgusting. Everything was outdated and beat up.

I booked this hotel and didn't realize it was the same place we stayed 9 yrs prior. It was nasty, we wore our shoes the whole time. Top blanket was dirty and sheets had some blue dye or something on them. Towels were yellow not white. T.V was messed up, dark in all kinds of spots. Counter in bathroom was on an angle and i was like dont lean on it. No coffee pot in the room. Went to get a coffee in the morning and couldn't even drink it and for breakfast there wasn't much. Asked for a non smoking room, this room stunk of smoke and was disgusting.

Yikes, is this a prank?

Terrible the 2 rooms offered where smelly, bug infested, and dirty. The add photo feature here doesn't work, but i emailed the company and hotels team pictures.

It was bad when we got there they card reader wasn’t worker and we were told to go to an atm but that atm was broken so we had to go to a different atm. And when we finally got the cash they didn’t have any change to give us. The hinges on the door were broken we left immediately

No towels in room. Someone's old bic razor was still on the tub rail. Tub didn't drain while showering. Room smelled like smoke all night. Not a smoke-free hotel. No toilet paper in room. Shoes stuck to floor while walking across. Hotel also smells like cat urine.

No get what you pay for!

Reserved a non-smoking room and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. I called front desk and she said all our rooms are non-smoking and they don't know if someone is smoking. We had to ask for towels. The ice machine did not work and there was a hole in the bathroom wall, could not upload pictures. On the plus side, they had a good variety for breakfast. We will not be staying at any other Baymonts. I am surprised that Wyndham would have better rooms.

Horrific

The staff was the best part of this place. They were very friendly went above and beyond to try to accommodate us but overall this facility should be condemned! Horrific conditions, all the rooms were dirty, didn’t have safety latches, towels and rags were dingy and dirty looking, mold in all the bathrooms, some rooms were roach infested. I had dog hair all in my room. The pictures speak for themselves cause I can go on and on!!!!!
