The location is great and the staff very friendly. However, the building conditions are outdated and need to be renovated. There are good restaurants close the hotel and the breakfast was really good.

No elevator makes getting to third floor challenging with a lot of gear. Carpets in hallways are worn out and very dirty. Parking inconvenient to doors. Industrial activity adjacent to property makeveary morning noise.

Didn’t get to stay payed 278.31 for two night receptionist wouldn’t even check us in the receptionist. Also tried to charge me an extra $250 for a pre-authorization for my debit card. He was also very very rude. He had no customer service skills and he did not refund my money at all and neither would the site. I then called and complained about it and the receptionist at the hotel that he had my money and he wasn’t gonna give it back to me. I ended up losing about $300 and I have not gotten it back at all. I do not recommend coming here.

DO NOT STAY HERE! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVERRRRR!!! Management was rude and unorganized! Rooms were dirty and smelled like smoke. The coffee maker were dirty!!! And the apple/orange juice machine at FREE breakfast had chunks of dirt in it. I can only imagine what the kitchen looked like. Just don’t stay here

Comfortable hotel near Whitman, walkable in Walla Walla. Nothing fancy, simple and clean. Friendly staff. When price is fair, this is a great location - when demand drives price above $250, that's a no for us and we stay elsewhere.

Well placed property in easy walking distance of downtown Walla Walla. A great variety of shops, restaurants and pubs, and wine tasting rooms nearby. The free breakfast was very well stocked with good variety. The building could use some updates, but that's also reflected in the price.
