Poor housekeeping

I believe it was a pet room and that wasn’t mentioned upon check in. The floors and pull out sofa was covered in dog hair. There was a pill found on the floor and the shower was not cleaned. The front desk staff was vey polite and friendly but the room was just covered in dog hair and smelled of wet dog.

Front desk was always polite and very friendly. Room was clean but shower seemed dated and while clean the glass could have been wiped down as it looked like it had some soap stains on it. Would stay here again though.
