This is a great hotel. The staff are outstanding. My only issue is that they now charge $10 for parking. I strongly disagree with this. Otherwise the hotel is worth the stay

We were disappointed about the pool being closed and our room had a terrible smell. Even after they cleaned our room, there was a mildew smell in there. The staff were fantastic and as accommodating as they could be.

The front desk employees were very kind and helpful, but it would be nice if the cleaning staff would actually clean. The carpets were absolutely disgusting, the rooms smelled like cigarettes, the bathrooms were gross, we had to catch the cleaning lady in the hall, so that she could hand us the cleaning products so we could clean our room ourselves. The money you pay doesn’t add up to the room you get.
