We booked Economy Family Quadruple Room 2 queen bed, however our room had 1 Queen Bed with Sofa bed. As we arrived after 9pm no one was at the reception and couldn’t do anything. When I booked I knew 1 queen bed with sofa bed was a cheaper option but as I knew that we can’t sleep well on the sofa bed we paid more to have 2 queen bed. Also the fridge kept making loud noise and we couldn’t sleep so we had to turn it off.

Handy location for overnight stay. Air conditioner didn't work well so the room was cold. The cleanliness wasn't the best either with body hair left in the bathroom. Loud thumping sound all night possibly other air conditioners.

Not bad but...
We liked the room and bathroom was really spacious and clean. For the price we would have chosen differently though knowing the pillows were so terrible to sleep on. Sofa bed slab broken and no extras in the room thats including sheets, blankets and towels and no body wash. Not bad overall however for the price, they could do better.

The shower in the Spa is a safety hazard, slippery and hard to access. The room we were in was very noisy.

Considering this is a 4 star property and the price I paid to stay there for 7 nights, the room was barely serviced the entire time I was there. I even left the towels on the ground in an attempt to get new ones after a few days and they still weren’t changed. There were rarely any parking spaces available when I returned at night which meant I often had to park on the street which felt really unsafe given a lot of nightlife crowds around there. I had a stone cold shower one morning and also, there were construction works that started at 7am so lucky I wasn’t after a sleep in. There was never anyone at reception for me to speak to in the morning regarding the issues so I called late one morning to get the issues addressed. No answer on the phone and the voicemail was a woman’s name, not the motel which I found bizarre and meant I was hesitant to leave a voicemail incase it wasn’t the motels. I appreciated that a staff member returned my call and attempted to rectify the concerns. For a bed it did the job but I wouldn’t necessarily say I’d stay here again.

The King room with balcony that we booked dies not exist at the property. The room we were given had 2 Queen beds in it. Check in time was until 8pm but at 7.45pm reception was closed, so it was by phone and key box. The property is old and tired and didn't look anything like the picture. The sink had cracks, the bath had chips in it and the shower was hopeless for anyone tall. There was a kettle and toaster with dust on them, coffee and tea but no milk and no cups or teaspoons. The room wasn't clean and the quilt had blood stains on it. Glad it was only for one night
