This is a new property that was poorly commissioned. I stayed here three months. There are two of the five washing machines that don’t work with the CSC GO app (don’t know about coins). Most of the dryers have the wrong machine number assigned which is a problem if you use the app. 2nd floor stairwell door latch is broken. Steps linoleum is tearing loose. Hot and cold position for bathroom and kitchen faucets differs by room. TV channel guide worked the first month but hasn’t worked since.

Simple and perfect for what we needed
Our stay here was just what we needed for the night. A safe, clean place to sleep over night. The front desk clerk (didn’t get her name but she was from Alabama) was so pleasant and welcoming.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. However, will not stay there again simply because they do not have coffee makers in the rooms. For a $125 (tax included), they should have coffee makers in the rooms!

This is a pretty new property. The rooms with a queen bed are good size with refrigerator and small kitchenette. This place is good for someone wanting to spend a night or two. The bed is somewhat comfortable.

Terrible customer service
We had an issue with the blinds being broken and were sent back and forth between the front desk and our room as we were made to fix the issue ourselves; we had to request a different room when it was clear we would not be able to get the blinds to work and there was no maintenance person available. In the new room, there was hair in the towels, completely unsanitary. There were no curtains so it was bright as soon as sunrise hit. It was also loud, every noise in the hallway and the rooms above could be heard. There weren’t even basic amenities like tissues. Staff were dismissive of issues upon checkout. 0/10 experience. I’ve never left a negative review before despite being a gold-level member of Hotels.com with dozens upon dozens of stays under my belt, so it says a lot that I found this stay in particular to be so dismal in comparison to all the others.
