I was disappointed in the fact that I booked a 2 night stay and unfortunately became ill the during the first night. I had to check out the next morning to drive home to the doctor. I was not afforded a refund due to booking w Expedia and paying up front. Expedia reached out to the hotel to see if they would waive the 2nd night fee but due to policy they were not willing to refund.

The customer service here was outstanding. We had an issue in our room and they upgraded us to a bigger, nicer room. Very friendly lady at the front desk. The breakfast was average for a hotel. If you are on the side by the highway (which we were), you can really hear the traffic noise. Clean, newer looking hotel. Would recommend.

Room with a view
Paid an extra $20 for a room with a balcony. Best decision of the year! May have been December 30th but we spent a lot of time out there as it was so warm. Only downside was panoramic view of I35 and the noise made it hard to hear each other! The room itself was large and it was great to have a separate living area and bedroom. Good location for restaurants and Magnolia centre if you don't mind a short walk. Definitely a good place to stay.

Everything was awesome with the exception of the heat, I know I have a low tolerance for cold so I like the temp to be around 73 I couldn't get it above 71.

Rooms are beautiful and clean. Bed was comfortable, extra bedding in closet. Desk personnel were friendly and informative. Breakfast was typical hotel buffet. Some different foods both days we were there.

The staff was very friendly. The room was especially quiet, didn't hear other people coming and going. The room was clean and nicely laid out. The breakfast could have been a little bit better with more options, but overall a good place to spend the night. It is very close to Baylor and convenient to many fast-food places. Enough parking too.
