I have stayed ant many Hyatt properties before but this one is not well managed. We had a TV that didn't work, upon enquiring the front desk person said that they can't do anything to fix because we booked through Expedia. We then had the toilet blocked and again we had to get a plunger and fix it our selves. We came back that night and the room was not made. Again they can't give us any discount or make it right because we booked through Expedia. Should we have to pay the extra $30 dollars on Hyatt website next time to get better service at a hotel? I don't think so...

Hotel was very clean, staff was amazing! Breakfast was decent, at least it's included. The pool area is a mess. It's indoor and very hot in there. Also, there was a bunch of unsupervised kids running in and out. We were on the 4th floor, there was one above us. You could hear them walking and running, so ask for the top floor if you want peace and quiet

1. The anti-slip surface in the bathtub needs replacing 2. Lamp on table next to the TV seems to have an electrical short because the light flickers a lot 3. Phone chargers are needed. Your competitor hotel chain has table lamps with chargers in the base. Android and iPhone devices can be charged
