Everything is new and clean, only 3 months old. My husband wasn't crazy about the coffee. The staff is friendly and the bed is comfy. Our stay was fine.

No WiFi in Waco

WiFi did not work. When I first checked in and in the morning. They did not know waiting for tech. t night and still no tech in the morning. The tables at breakfast were not being cleaned. While I ate the attendant. Stood by door and visited.

Juice machine was broken the first morning but Romeo was outstanding and listened to an idea that another Holiday Inn had done, buy juice in individual bottles. Next day Romeo who was subbing for another staff member, plugs the juice machine in and it works, but also bought juice just in case. Good job Romeo, thanks for hearing us and trying to make our stay better. Rosa was very kind and made sure I had a warm biscuit to go with my breakfast. Thank you for the hospitality Rosa! The fire alarm did go off at 5am my first night which was terrible as I had only had 4 hours of sleep the night prior and was looking forward to a good night’s rest. It did appear that they were remedying the malfunction later that morning as I saw a fire truck in the parking lot. Very nice large rooms and staff kept it clean everyday for me. I did notice my door was not completely closed one day (I didn’t understand why I was having problems with my key card.) I used my sister’s room to access my room, because we had adjoining rooms, and noticed the door hadn’t completely been closed after the room had been cleaned.
