I specifically picked a hotel w an indoor pool which the day before my reservation when I called for a late check out i was informed it was closed . Disappointed. Ok get to room and the TV doesn't work. No offer to reimburse or anything for such an inconvenience. Like it's basic to expect TV service. I feel disappointed no will never rent a room there again when I travel to Waco for family function

SO BAD!!!!!

Don't stay here!!! I called and specifically asked if there's a SPA they said there is. I got there & there was NONE. Talked to the Manager that said they'll give a REFUND, then I left!! But in the end they refused!!!

Ya nos habiamos quedado ahi antes, y no era la gran cosa, pero antes se tomaban el tiempo de cambiar las sabanas, de barrer o aspirar. Hoy pareciera que solo llegan a medio arreglar las sabanas sucias, y eso es todo. Totalmente sucio! Lastima que no verifican la limpieza de las habitaciones antes de asignarlas.
