Convenient to the highway. Staff was polite. Seems management is letting the place slip. I feel to save money they’re cutting corners and skipping maintenance issues. Tile in our bathroom was cracked leaving it open to cause injury, had to ask for a forth set of towels even though the room was for four. In June our AC was turned off as we entered our room the temp was over 80 degrees. It took a while to cool so that made sleeping difficult. The room was stuffy possibly bc there was not option to continually run the fan on the AC unit. AC unit condensation leaked onto the carpet. Breakfast juice machine was out of order and no alternative beverage was given.

Nice hotel, horrible service
The woman working the front desk was extremely lazy and rude. I waited 10 minutes at the front desk before they came to check me into the hotel. I went back to buy a bottle of water and had to yell out to get service as they were is the back off watching tv and eating. Great hotel, but horrible service.

Terrible experience.
Supposed to have a suite, pretty small for a suite. Dead bugs (crickets) and crud swept under the counter in bathroom. Got one hot shower on arrival, no more hot water after that. Complained at front desk, no help!
