Lobby was hot no AC. The worker was ringing wet with sweat. She was super kind. We went to our room. The elevator , halls everything no ac. Super hot ! Room was dirty and falling apart. Ac in room did not work. The shower was disgusting with stains . No amenities in the room ( soap and such) 1 bath towel and 1 rag for two people. Just extremely nasty. The bed was clean and comfortable and due to exhaustion and the fact there was not another hotel for 30 miles we stayed.

No hot water!!! Electric blinds did not work and the cleanliness was not to the standards of the brand. Door to employee storage room had a broken door across from our room. Not a pleasant experience after traveling across the state while moving.

Not A Good Stay

There was a musty odor in the room emanating from the ac but permeating everything in the room. Those with respiratory issues would not be able to stay in it. There were bugs in our room and throughout the hotel. They need a pest control service.

As expected

My stay was as expected. With Holiday Inn, you get a certain standard that's more or less the same everywhere. It wasn't outstanding or exceptional, but the room was clean, and free parking was available.

Hotel off the beaten path from other hotels. Had a musty smell. For the price it was okay. I was only sleeping there. I would not recommend if you are a family and going to spend time at the hotel.

Check in was perfect; desk clerk was friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, it went downhill from there. NO Fox News on the TV!! Lighting in the room is terrible; I had to turn on ALL of the lights in the room to have sufficient light. When I tried to take a shower I couldn't get the water to the shower head. I called the desk clerk, who finally had to come up to my room and do it for me! I've never seen anything like this shower! She was very sweet and helpful. The body wash in the shower was empty and I had to get out of the shower and get the one from the sink. The floor was slippery and so was the shower floor. I'm very careful because I fell and fractured my tibia 4 years ago and had to be off my feet for seven weeks! Then, I noticed that there was dried urine on the base of the toilet!! It made me wonder if my sheets were changed or if anything else was cleaned; the toilet clearly was not! Also, when I got to the room the toilet had not been flushed after being used. On the other hand, the breakfast was excellent! I doubt that I'll ever again stay in a Holiday Inn.
