The staff was always on thier cell phones. There was a snow storm and they never sl Salted the walkways. I slipped on the ice and twisted my ankle and banged up my right knee. I went into the office and the staff was on thier cell phone. I was in tears bc of pain. I told them what happened and all they said was oh no. I had to go to the hospital ( why I was down there where my father is ill) and no one apologized or followed up with me. And still 24 hrs later still nothing and the salt was not placed down. So disgusted and disrespectful.

The stay was fine, room could have been cleaner. Breakfast was just toast, muffins, cereal and packaged items like granola bars and yogurt cups. But cant beat the price. No other real complaints.

Great room, very clean. Check-in person was pleasant. Only complaint is someone called my room at 9am, and then just hung up without saying anything plus having staff knock on the room around 9:30, trying to clean. As a person with anxiety these interaction were unwelcomed. I paid for the room until 11am, I wish to be unbothered until then.
