Great place to stay, ..... the room was clean and spacious (even had a good washing machine), had a small fridge, microwave, the price was less than I expected, and the receptionist was always happy and accommodating. Thank you Nguyen.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Great staff, clean , quiet , easy to walk to the beach or food places. Comfy bed, hot water and good water pressure
All good, with nice staff, big clean room and they allowed by bicycle up to my room. Air-con lights too bright to sleep (why the hell do they make them like that?), but wet tissue paper covered them up
There was some misunderstanding (which mad me few very annoyed) at the time of check-in because the staff was so new to the job. The day later the hotel owner waited to meet me at the lobby to explain the reason and apologize for that. This is evidence that they do care about their guests. I would recommend this hotel to any travellers whose first priority is not bathing at the beach, because it's pretty far from the beach. Other than that, every thing else was great.
Great budget hotel in a great location. Hospitality of front desk receptionist is a plus. Hotel is clean inside and out. Great service and room is very comfortable. A feeling of home away from home. Hotel owners (Quynh Anh and Tuan) are extremely friendly. They will help you with all your needs. Overall, it was a great stay. Will recommend this hotel to all my friends around the world.
A nice and pleasant stay at hotel. The staff was helpful in arranging bike rental and transportation booking to HCMC on the departure date. Had our room upgraded with additional fees which was necessary for our comfort. Quiet location. Eateries were in short walking distances.
I can honestly say that in my 60 years of travelling this is one of the BEST Hotels I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in the worlds most exclusive and expensive hotels, and without doubt QUEEN GARDEN Hotel is unbelievably great value for its 2 Star rating.
Day Time staff were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable, and this coupled with the beautifully appointed rooms was one of my most enjoyable hotel experiences. However, do not expect the Night Duty staff to give you your Wake Up call. John
We stayed for 6 days at this hotel and it was superb. The management and staff are excellent, very friendly and so helpfull especially the receptionist Hai who speaks good English and helped make our stay there so pleasant.
It is rated 2 stars but I think it is easily 3, the rooms are excellent with all facilities, modern and very clean.
We were so lucky to find this on Hotels.com, it made our stay in Vung Tau so comfortable. Highly recommended and I would certainly stay again, for the price surely the best. Paul and Christy England.
I've stayed in many hotels in Vung Tau & like to try different ones when I visit. A friend had previously stayed here & recommended it to me so thought I would give it a try this time... the Hotel is located just a few minutes from the Beach & from central Vung Tau. Taxi nearby or they offer motorcycle hire from the hotel. The Owner & his wife are very friendly & accommodating. The hotel itself is very clean & well maintained. If your ever in the area give it a try... you won't be disappointed.
Very clean, new furnitures, friendly helpful host, amazing value for the money. Overall great place to stay. Everything was perfect, I recommend it. The best hotel during my 12 days trip in Vietnam!
Had a VIP room and the wifi worked very well. You are about 25 minutes walk to the west side of the peninsula where there are parks and the sunsets are a highlight. Most of the nightlife and better restaurants were located there. Hotel is in an area of many budget places and we got along very well with the owners and staff. He steered us to the area where many foreigners dine with the expats so there is Australian and English eateries there.
