Atendimento, local e ambientes excelentes! Foi muito boa a experiência de ficar hospedado no Tulip Inn com minha noiva! Fomos muito bem tratados por todos os funcionários e nos atenderam muito bem. Estão de parabéns pela organização dos quartos, limpeza e comidas no café da manhã e restaurante! Voltarei mais vezes a esse maravilhoso hotel! Gostaria de agradecer pessoalmente ao recepcionistas, camareiras, garçonetes e todos colaboradores que nos atenderam bem, especialmente ao senhor recepcionista Wellington que nos atendeu em todas as demandas e necessidades no check-in e check-out!

A estadia foi boa! O quarto estava limpo,o café da manhã excelente, o hotel é bem localizado. O funcionário do dia que eu me hospedei, não me deu muita atenção, não explicou aonde era a entrada do estacionamento e como fazia para abrir a porta da garagem, mas os outros funcionários, como do restaurante e da minha saída excelente. O estacionamento era muito apertado, se não tomar cuidado arranha o carro.

O tamanho do quarto muito pequeno e sem espaço para locomoção; televisão não funcionava; atendimento da recepção péssimo; roupa de cama, colchão, travesseiros e toalhas de banho da pior qualidade; café da manhã sem controle de quem era hóspede ou não; banheiro com infiltração, chuveiro entupido, ducha higiênica não funcionava; em resumo um pesadelo, a pior experiência em 42 anos de vida em um hotel.
