4 days stay requested for housekeeping, after second day, no one show up to clean I was told if I need housekeeping is only by request which I did but got to hotel room the late night it was not clean and not even clean towels. found roaches in the room and bathroom. Not safe for families a lot of homeless around the hotel.

so i was surprised to get a 2nd floor room with a dog(inconvenient). they had no coffee cups at bkft so had to go back to room. dog owners didn’t pick up the dog waste, trash can was one and full..need more!
We made reservations for one night. Upon getting to the property. There were homeless in the parking lot and The homeless are housed here . The parking lot required security stationed there. Got the key to see the room. Was not clean. Sheets had old stains on them .Bathroom. was dirty. Floors had not been cleaned. Missing baseboard around the tub and wall. Running the sink. There was an odor of sewer. A new hvac system was installed. Wires were hanging from the bottom. Asked to see another room. It was not much better. I stay in hotels quite often. Never felt the need to write a review. We would have found another hotel but was to late. We had a celebration to go to But had to on this one. The only bright spot was the staff. They went above and beyond.
Your standard run of the mill hotel. We were only there to sleep then caught an early flight out. It was clean, quiet and while bottled water would have been nice, we understand that the price we paid for the area was a bargain. 🙂. Thank you!!!
My family didn't nt even end up staying due to many homeless people in parking lot and around the area. Looked very sketchy and unsafe.

Lots of potential but fell short
The location was okay, right off the freeway. Near a big plaza with lots of choices to eat and shop .The pool was clean. The staff were friendly. The breakfast can be much better. Bagels, cereal and coffee are your options. Too many homeless in the area and they raided the breakfast three days in a row. The staff did not tell them anything and it was quite uncomfortable to have to squeeze past them just to get a coffee. For this reason we would not return to this hotel, it didn't feel safe.
If they can monitor the transient situation, at least inside their premises it would've been a much better trip.
Another family got their about an hour after breakfast started and everything was gone. The staff said, oh we will restock tomorrow. The family says, we will not be here tomorrow lol.
Like I said, lots of potential but unfortunately it is lacking.
cops there everyday and homeless people in and out of property. cops told me to leave the hotel being its unsafe.

We stayed 3 nites. There were people yelling on one of the nights and during an afternoon we wanted to relax in room and more yelling and screaming. My sister told me saw a cockroach in her room.
Photos barely matched the rooms. There was literally nails coming out of the baseboard on the walls. Long sharp nails!!!
The walls had exposed areas. The shower was old and dirty. The area had lots of people walking around,
Feeling unsafe. Would never go back.
I felt so unsafe staying here. There were homeless people near me door all night shouting and talking and revving a motorcycle, which woke me up anytime I would manage to fall asleep. I could hear every conversation from the people around me (in their own rooms) and as a young woman in my 20s I did not feel safe at all.

Our stay was a little disappointing. The second floor hallway leading to our room smelled pretty bad. Then when we walked in our room, there was also a strange smell. Come to find out, our window couldn’t close all the way. There were a couple stains in the bathtub, and the toilet paper roll was used. Other than that, it was fine. The ac worked, the bed was okay, and the front desk staff were nice and professional.
