Nice area of town. I was unable to reach the front desk on 2 separate occasions, so had to physically go down to talk to someone. Only 1 person up front during my 8 pm check-in, as well as when i checked out the next morning. It seemed understaffed to me. Also, the tub was draining exceptionally slowly, so the dirty water was up to my ankles for the duration of my 10 minute shower. I will find a different place to stay the next time I'm down visiting family.

Just stayed two nights, 2 people. Would be nice to have been supplied with at least 3 more face cloths and 3 more hand towels without having to call for more. Another box of tissue would be nice on the desk area and another chair! Just a regular hard chair. Thank you. Oh, one more thing. At least 2 makeup remover packets and put them where you can see them instead of piled together with soap dish and soap.

Great stay - will stay again

Friendly front desk. Big rooms (with the living room area). Comfy beds. Everything was very clean. Room had a mini fridge, microwave, desk, small closet with plenty of hangars, plenty of towels. Breakfast had lots of variety—cereal, yogurt, oatmeal (& a toppings bar), bagels, waffles…it got a little crowded and one day had to wait for more of the hot cooked items (potatoes, sausage, mini quiche) and the milk was a bit warm from sitting out. Definately a good stay and we will stay here again.
