What I didn't like what the fact I left an unopened bottle of wine in the room and once I realized it I called back and was told it wasn't there. Which means someone on staff removed it. Honesty would've been better it wasn't a question of "if" it was left unintentionally.. it was a fact. Management should have done more.Also the fact that it was shortly after we checked out and it was before check out time. Sad that someone else enjoyed it. Instead of me

My stay didn’t meet my expectations. Unfortunately, the room I specifically booked was unavailable upon arrival due to overbooking, which was disappointing. While the check-in staff were friendly and helpful, the checkout experience wasn’t as positive. The limited late-night dining options were also underwhelming, leaving us to go to bed hungry. Overall, the stay was just okay.

Great Stay
The staff at the hotel were all very friendly. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The door to the balcony was sound proof so the outside noise did not bother us. The indoor pool was very small, max occupancy is 3 people. Breakfast was great and is served at great times. The location was very convenient. It really made you want to walk everywhere.

Staff is so friendly and helpful!! Great pet area right outside next to the boardwalk. It’s fun to see all the pets. Loved the indoor pool for my grandkids. And we all love the free breakfast. Great comfortable rooms, and lovely balcony overlooking the boardwalk and ocean. Well be back!

Overall really nice property only issue is the valet parking gets backed up a bit but the valet staff are really nice, nice breakfast area, had an issue with noise from another room and I addressed it with the staff, view from my room was absolutely fantastic full ocean view, also dog friendly property
