We liked the room/tent, the property was also very nice and pretty. The only thing disappointing was the $50 per day resort fee that we were not aware of when we booked the room through Expedia. Wish we had known about it when we made the booking.

This place is expensive and crowded. I didn't feel this was worth the expense. Also, there's an added $40 fee when you check in for incidentals like s'mores kits and use of the pool.

Amazing Location

We absolutely loved our stay. We stayed in a canvas tent with the most spectacular view literally from our bed. The staff was very friendly. They have a nightly group campfire and you're given a s'mores kit to enjoy. The location is very close to Zion National Park. Overall, it was such a fun experience. I highly recommend.

When we arrived at the property, there was a mix up with our reservation. While we were asked to wait for about 20 minutes while they straightened it out, the staff could not have been nicer, they made sure we were taken care of, we were given our choice of accommodations and they waived the resort fee for our inconvenience. They even followed up with us the next day to ensure that everything was straightened out and we were comfortable with our stay. Mishaps happen, but they handled it very well.

Rooms were small but spacious. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Shower head could have used a bit more pressure in the different setting of the shower head as someone with long thick hair it took quite some time to rinse out shampoo/conditioner. Overall...would stay again!

Pros: free parking, park inside for the kids, cute bunk beds for kids, provided 1 ice pack, 1 marshmallow kit, coals and grilling utilities daily and it felt safe and quiet. Con: wifi only availabile at the lobby, $50/per day resort fee (you have to request for or they wont come), lobby area and front desks closes by 9pm-10pm, and cleaning services ends at 5pm. I requested for turndown service and they didnt do it becuase it wasn't enetered into there system, and outdated system (they couldn't print receipts) and low water pressure.
