Good breakfast not to much around it but the room was clean it could use a little updating. I thought going up the stairs would be OK but I wouldn’t stay there again. I’m getting too old to climb stairs.

We had no towels in the bathroom. Call front desk , for towels and wash cloths. He said to come and get them at the front desk. You would think they would bring them to us . There is know elevator, only stairs. I will never use Windom again !

This property was very dirty. Our bedding had brown stains in it. The evening staff would not let us have more than one key card (two adults in the room) and interrupted me when I was asking and yelled “NO”.

I usually am happy with Microtel but this one is not well maintained. There were small bugs crawling on my bathroom floor both days. Carpeting in rooms and halls were visibly stained and some areas were shredding. No elevator which was a problem since I had hurt my back and couldn't carry a suitcase but the gentleman at desk carried it up for me. I feel like it was pricey for the condition.

Stood around for a few minutes before an employee finally came to the front desk. Other than that everything was great. Room was clean and bathroom stocked with towels and toiletries. Breakfast was probably the best I've ever had at a hotel.
