골프여행으로 이용한 호텔인데 룸컨디션도 좋고 골프부킹, 할인, 버기카 이동, 스케줄체크 등 매우 체계적입니다. 저는 여행사 패키지 없이 호텔, 차량, 골프 등 개인적으로 진행하다보니 여러가지 문의를 했는데 빠르고 정확한 응답으로 여행준비하는데 많은 도움이 되었습니다. 특히 리셉션에 있던 Thuy Linh의 자세하고 친절한 설명으로 편안하게 묵을수 있었고 골프스케쥴로 인한 레이트체크아웃도 해줬습니다. 호텔은 외진곳에 있지만 시내까지 택시로 10분이면 갈수있고 고마트는 걸어서 10분이면 됩니다.

Thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên lễ tân không tốt, không có nổi 1 câu cảm ơn hay xin lỗi khi giao phòng không đúng với yêu cầu của khách hàng, không hướng dẫn cho khách hàng khi check in, khi khách check out cũng không có 1 câu cảm ơn. Trong phòng chưa chuẩn bị sẵn khăn tắm và khăn lau chân cho khách. Mùi sữa tắm và dầu gội đầu rất khó chịu
