good place to stay for Astrid Lindgren world.
besides the local area with high rise building and a neighbour not super pleasant the place was nice and placed well to the Astrid Lindgren world.

Great location for a good hotel
Overall a perfect place to stay when visiting Astrid Lindgrens Värld. Good area for BBQ and nice beds. To get fice dtsrs they would need to secure a little more kitchen equipment (nothing available to föip burgers on the grill and not enough och plates/cutlery according to the number of beds). Would however recommend it and we epuld choise this place if returning to Vimmerby

An sich eine schöne Anlage mit einem tollen Innenhof, allerdings wurden die Zimmer seit der Eröffnung im Jahr 2004 wohl nie saniert. Küche und Badezimmer sind entsprechend alt, die Betten durchgelegen. Das Wlan funktioniert mässig gut und das Personal spricht für schwedische Verhältnisse schlecht englisch. Trotz des verhältnis.

Praktiskt och trevligt boende till ok pris under högsäsong. Rent och snyggt, men bristfällig information om utcheckning och vad som krävdes av mig som gäst (städ, soptömning osv)! Sköna sängar men barnsängarna knarrade oavbrutet om man är petig av sig!

Vi var veldig fornøyde med vårt opphold på Oxgården, som vi valgte i forbindelse med at vi skulle besøke Astrid Lindgrens verden to dager på rad. Vårt opphold varte 3 netter, og det var varme julidager. Aircondition på rommet var helt fantastisk, og takket være den sov vi kjempegodt. Sengene hadde også gode madrasser. Ser andre har skrevet noe annet om det før, men vår erfaring var god. Vi spurte om tilpasset frokost siste morgenen (mer pålegg og mindre frokostblanding), slik at vi kunne pakke ekstra niste, og det fikk vi. Alt i alt superfornøyd!

Tredje året vi bodde på Oxgården för att besöka ALV. Vi tycker att det är jättemysigt och läget är bra! Standarden är enkel och det är lyhört men läget och den mysiga innergården väger upp helhetsbetyget!
