i had a circuit breaker go off on me, and the hard working staff offered to replace the room. i wasn't going to pack and move in dark. butbshe was kind enough to call around and find out where the hidden box is and she flipped the breaker for me. i suggest to have a technician on call for events like this.

Overall, the hotel is new and provides a comfortable stay. However, there is significant room for improvement when it comes to the breakfast service. The variety of options available is limited, and many items are often empty and not replenished promptly.

Great hotel clean friendly would recommend
Excellent hotel everything you need. The rooms are a bit small but that’s Europe. Spotlessly clean everywhere and so peaceful. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The shower floors were very slippery and it was easy to slip I think floor mats would be a good idea. Breakfast was good but a bit expensive. Otherwise everything you needed. Great Uber service to get where you needed and very inexpensive. Would recommend the hotel and would stay again.

Great hotel in Vilnius
Great new Hilton hotel in Naujamiestis area of Vilnius! Comfy bed, great amenities, wonderful breakfast buffet (the pictures do not do it justice: waffle making station, made to order eggs any style, fish, herring, cereals, toast, hot foods section, desserts, juices and coffee any style made with real milk from the espresso machine not powder). Our room was presetup for three people, they also brought an extra blanket. Great gym with high quality equipment and city overlook view. Friendly and nice staff. The only room for improvement: empty soap and lotion bottles on the wall - should have been checked when the room was being cleaned prior to arrival, thermostat does not go lower than 21 degrees.
