Nunca abrieron la puerta del hotel
Fue un atraco, al llegar al hotel estaba cerrado y se veía por por las ventanas que estaba en remodelación, de modo que nunca contestaron a la puerta y no abrieron, esperamos allí como 40 minutos y tuvimos que irnos a buscar otro lugar de hospedaje. Fue muy abrumador haber llegado a vacacional a Villavicencio y lo primero que encontramos fue esta noticia.

Mala atención, este hotel no respeta los acuerdos de reservación que se hacen através de internet. Tuve que buscar otro hotel e improvisar

Bonitoy comodo a buen precio.
Es un buen sitio para hospedarse por negocios. Es comodo, bonito y limpio. La habitación tiene aire acondicionado nuevo y las instalaciones son nuevas. No hay opción de desayuno en el hotel pero al estar en el centro los númerosos los restaurantes para tomarlo. Hay garage para auto y moto. Buen servicio.
