The rooms, elevators, hallways all need maintenance. Air conditioning didn’t work. Beds were comfortable and staff were nice though. Location right across from the airport was convenient. Way over priced for the condition of the hotel.

The hotel was clean and up to standard, check in was quick and smooth, Yulia at the front desk was very helpful and professional, we asked for an extra duvet which was delivered immediately after we arrived to our room. The room was very clean and tidy, the room temperature very comfortable, we had everything we needed from the room amenities (free water, coffee and tea), the bathroom amenities are WOW. Overall, very nice hotel.

The hotel is a very nice hotel. Very convenient. It's located in fron of terminal 1. Super easy to walk at the airport. However, the bed is really hard, the pillow is too high and temperature of the bedroom is hot man. Impossible to have o good rest which was our purpose. I stayed here the 3th time and i cant have a good rest. I stayed here only because is convenient.

We stayed at NH Vienna Airport Conference Centre for 1 night as a stop over before our flight back to Australia. This hotel was clean, comfortable and a welcome rest stop between multiple flights, We were given an upgrade on arrival which was lovely, Our room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bar has a coffee and cake special for 6.50 euros which was very enjoyable for afternoon tea.We added the breakfast buffet so we could eat before our flight and found it very convent that it started at 5:30am. The hotel is so convent as we only had walk across the road to our terminal.Would definitely stay here again.

Bed Bug Bites
The hotel was selected because of its convenience to the airport for one night and that was very good. However, the room we were assigned (4057) apparently had bed bugs, as both my wife and I had numerous bites the next morning from our sleep here. That really isn't acceptable for a quality hotel as this appears to be and we expect a fair and appropriate refund for our inconvenience. Thank you. Steve and Gretchen Harrell
