I had such a wonderful stay! The staff and service were excellent especially at the reception desk. I felt very welcome and cared for. The hotel is just three minutes away from the Erdberger train station and just about 15 minutes drive from VIE airport. Only downside is breakfast not included but Vienna has so many options on that anyway!

the hotel staff was amazing, among them Adam did above and beyond with anything we came up with. the hotel is quite, peaceful and clean, very close to the Vienna U-bahn and up to 10min. from the city center. well recommended!

The place was great, great service, with VERY close access to public transport. Other than one Döner Kebap place, there is very little for the average person to do in the vicinity. Do not let that stop you from using this facility, because most of what is worth doing you would need to get on public transport to access anyway.

Nice hotel and decent transport links close to underground station. Stayed for 3 night and the room wasn’t made up at any point but I’m guessing that is perhaps standard. One disappointment was that the pillows were really uncomfortable to me. I asked if they had any softer pillows and they didn’t.

As someone that stays in about a dozen hotels each year (between work and leisure), this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in (in my life). It is a beautiful hotel, beautiful hotel room and the staff is exceptional. As an English speaking Canadian visiting, the staff were beyond accommodating and kind. This hotel is a big part of the reason I look forward to returning back to Vienna. Thank you!
