Friendly and positive atmosphere created by welcoming and attentive staff. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a fridge. Check in and out was very smooth; and the breakfast was fabulous on our last morning. The location was just right for us to access the local attractions as well as a good stroll into Central Vienna. The less than 5 min walk from the nearest railway station was really handy, and just one stop from the airport. Would highly recommend Mooons!

On a busy road right by the main train station but very quiet inside the room. Easy transit options within 1 block. 30 minute walk to old town. Places to eat/coffee nearby. Laundrymat 20 minute walk. We didn’t have the hotel breakfast. Roofdeck for drinks but would be nicer if seating was hi-top around the edge for taking in the view. Self check in/out.

Mooons hotel suites our need for a quiet place to stay. Unfortunately we did not get to experience the rooftop bar due to bad weather however the bar on the main floor was cozy and the bartenders were attentive.

Gorgeous hotel, great location

Gorgeous hotel in a great location, with several tram stops just a few minutes walk away and the central station just the other side of the road. Room was lovely with an amazing rainfall shower head. Bathroom stocked with rituals soap and lotion which was an added bonus. We didn’t use much of the amenities but did collect our free drink for joining their project in the bar area downstairs which was modern, clean and the service was great. Couldn’t recommend more if you’re looking to visit Vienna :)

The breakfast buffet was fine. But what is remarkable about this hotel is that it's only 7 minutes walking from the Belvedere Palace, and only 1 minute walking from the Main Train Station. Our stay was great!!! The Hotel Staff was really friendly and willing to help. Very modern hotel with nice facilities.

We booked this hotel last minute because we were only staying in Wien for two nights. One night at the hotel we had booked months in advance had left us wanting for a place that was actually comfortable and safe! This hotel fulfilled our desire for comfort, cleanliness, and safety! The breakfast was outstanding (I can't drink milk, but they had lactose-free and coconut options). The staff was super helpful and friendly! We got to the hotel early, before noon, as we were fleeing the other place, and they let us do an early check-in at no charge. Everything about this place was fantastic! The staff were especially amazing! We paid extra for a city view that did not disappoint! Also, it was a less than 10 minute walk to our train platform, the Rail Jet heading to Budapest. We were still able to make thrle most of our day in Vienna, with all the local rail connections nearby! I would definitley book this place again.
