Well located. Near hauptbahnhof and restaurants

Super front desk staff. Special call out to Daniel, professional and funny. The bar area is being remodeled but you never heard any construction sounds. Comfort beds and quiet climate control.

Staff were really friendly and approachable & helped make my partners birthday special! Hotel is less than 5 minutes walking distance from Vienna central station and also has tram and bus stops right outside so very convenient for a weekend stay! We would definitely stay here again if we were to visit Vienna again! Thank you to all at Mooons.

over the Mooon

The hotel offered free drinks vouchers in bar in lieu of the daily room change, which for three nights was fine. Room design quirky with minimalist interior and oval windows. Generally quiet but they were doing renovations near reception and in some of rooms on our floor. Location really good for local public transport used the u-bahn to attend Vienna parkrun. Uber is approx 30 euros to airport

Nice hotel

Our room was fairly modern. It was available 2 hours before check in too. The lady on reception was lovely as went to fetch oat milk for us in the evening. We didn’t really spend much time there however. No breakfast as we were up early. Great location for the station

Great Location and Great Hotel

Usually a bit wary of theme hotels but the Mooon is great, stylish, and very comfortable. Staff are very frienly and helpful. Excellent location very near the main station, and 30 mins walk into the centre of town. Very near the Belvedere. The D Tram gets you into and out of town in 15 minutes max.

Excellent hotel. Great location. Near the palace. Near the tram stop for easy access to central Vienna ( 4mins in the tram) staff fabulous. Lovely clean hotel and cleaned and restocked with water every day.

MOOONs was a quick overnight between the Vienna Airport (arriving from New Zealand) and a train to Kitzbuhel (solo traveler). Front desk very cordial, excellent English. Perfect room (very quiet for a busy district), perfect service, delicious food. BTW, the staff loved the penguin videos from NZ.
