I stayed here for a week. It was wonderful experience. Room was cozy, neighbor was pretty quiet and safe enough to walk around at night. Staffs were really kind as well. I’d recommend this hotel for people looking for stay in the area!

Although this property is not located in the historic section it is right across the street from the metro which was super easy and clean. 5 minutes by rail and you are in the heart of the old city. I came to appreciate being able to leave the noise and mayhem behind and enjoy a peaceful surroundings. The hotel is also within minutes of the Danube, dining and the largest mall I have ever experienced!

Very clean and comfortable room with plenty of storage. Staff was helpful, and they have a luggage storage room in the basement. There isn't much around the hotel itself but the convenient train is about a 10 min walk away. Wish the room had a fridge!

This hotel is now one of my favs in the world! Staff was so helpful and it is newly renovated, it is so clean and ultra organic. Love love love the 7 Botanicals Restaurant and the organic design of the hotel. I can't wait to visit again.

We enjoyed our stay and the general vibe of this hotel. Expedia had been trying to reach their mgmt to assist with a partial refund (as we had paid more for a refundable plan when originally booking) due to changing our plans to check out one day early, but they finally responded to us and Expedia and declined to be flexible or to help us. Expedia went above and beyond to try to get them to give us a refund for the one night early that we left and prepaid for - we appreciate that! Our entire travel plan was changed due to traveling to Vienna for a concert that was cancelled, so we lost a lot of money overall. All in all, most people were friendly and helpful so we were disappointed the staff they spoke to did not try and help us after we left. We otherwise would have returned here.
