First time in Vienna
My son and I stayed for 9 nights in a jr. suite. The property, room, and staff were top notch, no exceptions. Perhaps my most enjoyable hotel experience ever. Wish this place was in the U.S. so it was closer for a return trip. Location was excellent. Walkable to all major sights, shopping and food. We also enjoyed excellent food right in the hotel restaurant. Would give 6 stars if it was an option. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Not the best but not the worst either
I'll start with the good: it's close to the Westbahnhof train station and the services of Mariahilferstrasse. The mattress was reasonably comfortable and I had a quiet room at the back of the hotel. It was also a pretty reasonable price. The less good: the service could be improved. They have changed the restaurant but still advertise the old one, and were not particularly helpful when I inquired about this. The outfitting of the rooms and common spaces are pretty worn and not super clean (stains on carpet, etc) though the cleaning staff did a good job in my room when it was cleaned. I'm a semi-regular traveller to Vienna and I'd probably not stay here again despite the reasonable price.
