Great hotel; location is great, you can walk to everything of note. There are numerous restaurants surrounding hotel, but no noise in rooms. Street is quiet come 10pm - unlike other roads nearby which have very loud bars. Hotel is very clean. Rooms and bathrooms are of a good size. Staff friendly and professional. Breakfast is good; good choice and quality produce. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location, 15 minute walk into centre. Tram stops very near hotel. Easy train ride to and from airport. Lovely friendly staff. Next to Belvedere park. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when we come back to Vienna

We stayed there for 2 nights and had 2 rooms. Our flight arrived at 9am and we were offered early check in for 50 Euros and both the rooms were upgraded to suites. The AC was not cooling properly in one of the rooms. We asked for a fan which was provided immediately. Breakfast had a lot of different choices. The hotel is near Belvedere Palace and about 8-10 minutes drive from other attractions. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall I would definitely recommend this place.

Close to Rennweg train station for connection to city centre. Tram stop close by straight into city centre. Breakfast was fine but definitely not worth paying 28 euros per head. Hotel looks lovely, spacious and clean. Very comfortable and I’d recommend.

Hotel was very nice and quiet. Area of the Hotel was great, easily public transportation everywhere. The only issue we had was that the shower was broken and we had to jimmy rig it to make it stay upright. Hotel staff was incredibly helpful at all times and the massage therapist was great!

I regret my decision of booking this Hotel. Front desk was ok but room service Asian guy is very rude. This place needs to train his employees, you don’t only receive people with strong personalities from Europe but al around the world, we were a combined group coming from South America, US and Europe as well. Lesson learned. Next time a new hotel .
