A wonderful hotel located literally a stones throw from the terrific U4 line. Near enough to everything but not on top of anything. There is on-going city construction nearby but i never heard any excessive noise. Impeccable maid service. Breakfast ok but everyone always overcharges. A large stately hotel as this has a few issues - specifically not a particularly modern a/c system and very spotty wi-fi, but it is a decent price.

Hotel wasn’t great. Wouldn’t say it’s 4 star if I’m honest. Rooms were very dated hot beverages were limited to tea no milk.

Effenberger, who should not be working around people. unacceptable behavior! I felt highly offended. The rooms were ok but its not possible to regulate the thermostat

Convenient enough as there is a metro nearby and about a 20-30 minute walk to city center. I specifically wanted to be around this area, safe to walk around. Good place to stay for a quick stop to Vienna.

All good, besides they were doing some roadwork around the area, is not located well and there’s not much to do around but there’s a train station close to move to city center.

Comfy bed!

Hotel was clean and service was friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit dated in terms of decor, but the bed was the most comfortable of my whole trip. Good location.
