Good for the price
Good hotel. Good price for the area. There was a little bit of road noise from the nearby highway but not loud enough to disrupt my sleep. The initial room I opened was a little dirty due to housecleaning not arriving yet. Talked to front desk, they immediately got me a new key for a clean room! No fuss at all. Warm water worked. I’ll book here again when I’m in Barstow.

The lights in the room were all pot lights. No lights by the beds. There was only a small desk to put luggage or things on. We couldn't get the tv remote to turn the tv on. I tried to turn it off manually but it wouldn't turn off. Ended up putting a towel over it to block out the light.

Booked a room for my wife, infant child and myself. Arrive to said room being unavailable at 12am after driving 10 hrs. Then I almost had to break the door to get out because the guy had me locked in the lobby.

The property was old and outdated look like something from the 70s. The rooms did also it had a worn out mattress that squeaked.

Room looks nice. The refrigerator was a bummer however. Initially it was off, so I turned it on, but it only cooled at an almost imperceptible level. The opportunity to have a cold beer in the evening was lost. I asked if I could have a different room. They said they would check for another room, but never got back to me. This left a sour taste for the evening. Only by morning was there any significant cold in the fridge, but that was too little to late. Wouldn’t come back due staff indifference.

Sketchy people out and about all day and night. The man that checked me in was not friendly at all. Terrible customer service. Everything was unplugged in the room. The remote to the tv didn't work. The bed was a disaster!!! The floor would have been better to sleep on.
