super clean and comfortable. however, i did not like pets walking freely without tying up in the premises! i personally do not like pets enter into a breakfast area! Would hesitate to book again! Though the room was well maintained and super clean. Staff were very polite and helpful. Location was great.

Very nice looking facility. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was exceptionally clean. Beds were soft. Didn’t like going back down to the lobby to get new keys on the second night. Then the TV remote was not working as well as the blinds. Thought I would rip the blinds because I had to really pull hard for them just to go down. The cover for the window A/C unit was not securely fastened and the space between the A/C unit and the bed was between 6 and 8”.

We stay here almost monthly because family is in this area. The Hawthorn is in great need of repair and updating. If you don't reserve a handicap room, you get no hand barns coming in or out of the bathtub/shower. None, nil, nothing to grab on to. No slip mat for the Tub?shower either. We always have to put one of our towels in the tub to prevent slipping. The corner shelf in shower was missing in out last stay. The bed pillows are horrible! They feel like they have been used since the hotel was built which is about 10 yrs maybe less. You make enough money to update this hotel in a very good location. If you don't, we will start going elsewhere. I don't think you care about the reviews you ask for because this isn't the first time I've given this review. Still nothing at all being done.
