Handicap accessible room didn’t have help bar near toilet. Automatic light in bathroom would continually go out while showering, so had to keep waving arm outside shower curtain to get light to turn on again. Carpet was filthy and obviously not vacuumed during service. Otherwise, room was clean. Heating unit noisy while operating. Breakfast was good.

It’s ok. My first time to stay at a Hamptons Inn. The walls were thin I could hear the wind all night long it was loud. The pillows were uncomfortably small. No sink or counter in the bathroom. Close to the outlet that’s why I picked to stay here. Breakfast was a good addition.

We made reservations for a one-bedroom separated from the kitchen area. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the key reader in the one-bedroom suite wasn't working, and we were given a studio suite. There was a price difference, and we were not offered a reimbursement. The staff was friendly and we loved the breakfast options they offered. The food was delicious and the whole area was very well maintained.

Comfortable stay

The staff was very accommodating due to changing our room. Our assigned room was next to a little yapping dog that never settled down. Upon request we were immediately given a new room and an apology. Beds are comfortable and the room very clean.
