The best place to stay in Victoria HANDS DOWN
The Place is located in a quiet part of James Bay but within walking distance to all downtown Victoria - the room was amazing! will stay there again. The food was amazing as well ! 5 freaking starts for sure!!

Always a great stay at Oswego - love the area and the convenience of the rooms being more like condos. Staff helpful and friendly! Lovely views. Been staying there for years -- my only wish is that they would upgrade the gym :-)

The stay was very good. The only difficulty was we were given a nice room with the view we preferred. However while we left to wait for check in time, the room was no longer available (no reasonable explanation as to why) and we given a room that did not have a suitable view. After considerable debate we were given a more suitable room with a better view but on a lower floor. It seems that when you book though Hotels.com that you take second.

All the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The underground parking was great and the hotel was centrally located. The only downside is the proximity to the sea plane terminal which meant you could not sleep in.

Lovely property with great in room amenities, good location and pleasant staff. The Expedia perks were disappointing though. Instead of a room upgrade we were given one of the smallest rooms in the hotel and the free drink offered by the hotel was a drip coffee or tea. Free parking was appreciated! I would stay there again but pay for a larger room instead of counting on an upgrade.

Only thing I did not like is I paid for underground parking and not a spot available. Beautiful hotel, great location, friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable you can’t go wrong with this hotel!
