Front desk male was not a nice person, I asked for towels took take a shower he said I had to wait for housekeeping in the morning.. beds were hard pillows were worn out ,, but in all housekeepers were sweet

Check in took forever due to computer going dwn , no offer of a discount for having to wait 2 hours for our room . Only 2 lights in room worked . Fridge was barely cold . We were given towels that were stained and tore when we needed extra for the extra day we stayed . The gentlemam at front desk is very nice though that works morning , the afternoon lady very rude

Very welcoming stay

My husband and I stayed here because I had a medical procedure the next day and we live in Rockport. Upon entry I was greeted by a smile and hello. The check in was quick and easy. The foyer was welcoming and nicely done. This is not a big fancy hotel with multi levels, but I was pleasantly surprised that all the rooms were inside. I really liked that. Usually two story hotels are open to the parking lot. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. They offered a continental breakfast of cereal, fruit, yogurt, waffles, coffee and juices. They also sent texts letting me know if I need anything to just let them know/ I will certainly stay here again if the need arises. I may even stay when there is not a need. Oh and the price was a blessing.

Room and beds were dirty upon arrival. Staff was rude and short. Dryer was broken and I spent $12 on 4 rounds just for our clothes to still be wet!!! Only vending machine there was full but not on/plugged in/or broken! Overall a disappointing and frustrating experience

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at

There was no carpet and the floors inside the room felt un swept. The shower curtain wasn’t long enough to keep water in. The light over sink flickered. Not enough light in room. No floor bath towel available. Did not feel safe. People knocked at my door at 7 am and 9:30am. Had to use stairs as no elevator shown to me. The hall ways were creepy and COULD NOT GET MY DOOR TO LOCK FROM THE INSIDE

I did not like the breakfast there was nothing hot. I was really looking forward to eating a good hot breakfast. Also, it had a smell to the hotel that was not real pleasant and there was no 24 hour coffee
